HASK HEALTHY HAIR REVIEW
Happy Tuesday, ladies! I hope you are having a great one! I spent the majority of the morning working on a project for an upcoming trip, trying to get organized is SO much work with so much going on, you know? I can’t wait to tell you all about it, but for now, we have to keep it under wraps until the details come together. Anyway, in today’s post I’m talking hair care. I tried another collection from Hask’s ever expanding line and I’m sharing my thoughts on it with you today!
HASK’S HEALTHY HAIR COLLECTION
THE REVIEW
The Healthy Hair collection is meant for fighting frizz and maintaining hair. It’s packed with five of the most popular “superfruit” to feed your hair and keep it healthy.
I’ll start by saying it smells really nice, like most Hask products. However, when compared to other Hask lines, the Healthy Hair line isn’t my favorite. But let me preface this discussion by saying that before I received this collection in the mail, I was getting by with some random shampoo and conditioner that was in my shower. I don’t remember the brand because I got rid of it. It was doing nothing good for my hair. It didn’t even make it a whole day before it was feeling greasy and flat and I hated it.
When I started using Hask’s Healthy Hair collection, I did notice a difference. It’s still a good product on the market. But I do think this particular collection is targeted toward people with manageable, healthy hair and no regular or specific hair issues. For me, I suffer with thin, breakable, and volume-less hair. It is prone to getting oily, but the right products can manage it really easily.
So, before the Healthy Hair Collection, I had to wash daily. After, I can go about 2, maybe 3 days without a wash. But if you read my Hask Charcoal post, you know I can get up to 4 days with that line. And I hate washing my hair because the longer it gets, the more easily it breaks when I brush it out. Mostly it’s because I don’t have the patience for it, but at the end of the day that is what makes a difference.
FINAL VERDICT:
It’s not for me. It’s just fine, it’s better than many, many other products on the market. But it seems more targeted to maintaining healthy hair than making unhealthy hair healthy. And for literally the same price, I can get another Hask system that helps my hair even more. Right now, I’m loving the Kalhari oil, with the Charcoal shampoo and conditioner, and the Manoi Coconut Oil Deep Conditioner. But I’m also testing out another Hask line that I can’t wait to share with you!
Have you tried anything from Hask’s lines? What is your favorite shampoo and conditioner?
