BORN TO RUN NEUTRAL EYE TUTORIAL
Happy Wednesday, ladies! In today’s post I’m sharing a YouTube tutorial using Urban Decay’s Born to Run palette. I’ve heard literally nothing but good things about this palette and I found it on sale during my birthday. Unfortunately it’s no longer on sale, but I did still find it available. I would totally purchase it at full price, especially if you’re on the hunt with something that provides neutrals for day to day, but also some wearable colors when you’re ready to experiment.

BORN TO RUN EYE TUTORIAL
I used the Born to Run palette to create a soft, but still somewhat smokey, neutral look. First I used the shade weekender to apply to my crease and all over my lid. Then I went into the shade riff to deepen the crease, outer corner, and start creating a cat eye. I also used this shade on my under eye. For my lid, I used the shade smog with some Mac Fix+ and applied it all over, including over the shade on my outer corner. Finally, I used the shade blaze as a highlighting shade on my brow bone, inner corner, and a little bit on the inner corner of my under eye.
I also used the shade still shot as a blush and I love how it looked!
PROBLEMS
I didn’t have any problems with the eye palette. In fact, I really love it and I love that I can use a shade as a blush which makes finding a coordinating color so. much. easier.
But I was having problems with my foundation. It breaks up so much on my nose now and I’m not sure why. If you have any tips or recommendations I would really appreciate them!!
