FRIDAY FAVORITES: GRADUATION EDITION

It’s another special FRIYAY! Because tomorrow… WE’RE GOING TO PORTUGAL! We’ve got house sitters and pet sitters and all the bags packed, and now we’re just waiting to start our adventure! The first time I went out of the country in my memory was last year to Peru, and I went alone! This time, Chris and I are going together as a graduation gift from my dad. I scheduled posts for next week as well, but we probably won’t spend as much time online, checking email or social media. Still, I’m sure we’ll have some down time at the hotel to read and respond. 🙂
This week I loved…
- This BH Cosmetics Neutral palette was a lot of fun this week, and it’s only $12!! I used it for several outfit shoots and a few other blog related posts. I definitely considered bringing this to Portugal with me, but it was just so big and we wanted to keep our bags as small as possible there to leave room for gifts coming back.
- I’m also super late to the Batiste train, but I did pick up a couple bottles at Ulta because they had a free mini, and I wanted to bring some small products on the trip. I’ve been using it for the past couple days and I’m really liking it! I love the Living Proof dry shampoo for day 2 hair because it’s lighter, but the Batiste is great for 3rd and 4th day hair.
In case you missed it…
- On Monday, I shared the top 5 classes every undergrad should take. Really, it was 6, but I count two as one because they really need each other. Out of all the 60+ classes I took in my four years, these classes taught me the most that I can actually carry with me and use in my day to day life!
- On Wednesday, I reviewed another collection from the Hask Hair Care line. This time I tried the Bamboo Oil collection, it’s meant for strengthening hair and it did give me some extra bulk. Pop over to the post to read my full review!
