OZ OCEAN MINERAL CLEANSER REVIEW
As predicted, Spring Break busy is kicking my butt! But there’s nothing I enjoy more than a busy life. In fact, if I haven’t had a crazy busy day, I just can’t seem to sleep at night. So I definitely try to keep myself busy, because I love to sleep. I love to sleep about as much as I love having clean skin so when I was availed the opportunity to try this natural ocean mineral cleanser from OZ Naturals, I jumped on it! I’ve been using it now for a couple weeks – during finals week, every day!
Well, I’m using the OZ Naturals cleanser on the reg, so obviously I’m a fan. I previously mentioned how I liked to do a lot more focused skin care and repair at night so, because this is such a simple cleanser, I added it my morning routine. I’m really happy with it! But if it’s not good enough to you that I like it enough to use it every day, here’s a quick pros and cons list!
PROS. There’s a great lather. I really feel like, with just a little bit of product, it’s working into my skin and refreshing it. I have a nice, clean base to start my make up off on which is so amazing. There’s nothing worse than putting pore-clogging badness on already clogged pores. Don’t let the all natural, cruelty, alcohol, parabens and sulfates free formula fool you, it’s definitely an effective product.
CONS. It doesn’t smell amazing. This is kind of a silly complaint, but a con nonetheless. The smell just doesn’t do it for me. It’s not that it’s a gross smell, it just smells harsh. You definitely know it’s some kind of cleaning/cleansing product when you smell it. But, the smell is about it for me. Sometimes I like something that’s a little bit more acne-targeted because my skin is so breakout prone, but I’ve been dealing with a little bit of dryness lately so I find myself reaching for something more in the middle – like the Naturals cleanser – a lot!
Overall feelings? If you have skin that doesn’t demand a ton of work (i.e. bad acne or excessive dryness), go for it!! If you have major skin problems, anyway, you should be targeting your skincare to those needs. If you’re like me and having changing skin care needs, or like my mom and are just blessed on this earth with beautiful skin, and just want to keep your face clean, check out the OZ Naturals cleanser. It’s a do good product that does its good in a feel good way. I love the brand and am super interested in trying the Retinol Moisturizer as well. There’s a ton of offers on the Amazon page as well!
